This house and location were amazing. 1 house from beach, close to stores, bars and restaurants. Every thing was so relaxing ! Great bedroom spaces and plenty for t bathrooms. Staff was helpful with any questions. Will definitely book this house again next year! Love to of windows for great ventilation . Also had great blackout curtains in bedrooms.

Great location just steps from the beach with a beautiful sunrise view over the bay. Surprisingly quiet considering most of the surrounding condos are rentals. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for stairs, but it was well worth it for the view. Would definitely rent again!

The property is a perfect fit for those traveling with pups. It is walking distance to OB dog beach and some restaurants in bars. The backyard is spacious and clean for our furboys to wander and play.
The surroundings itself made us feel uneasy though. The beach had a significant homelessness presence. And you share a driveway/side gate with a neighbor that spends a lot of time outside and their cars parked blocking the gate / entrance to the house.
Overall, with the ease and convenience of the property itself, the small inconveniences make this place a worthy stay, especially for your dogs.

Great location! Only a 4 minute walk to the waterfront. Great restaurants nearby. The place felt like home. Clean and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

We came in from Texas and celebrated our Aunt and Uncles 65th anniversary. It was a perfect place and stay for all ages. The access to the ocean was excellent and the morning coffee was that much sweeter with waves crashing and front row seat. I recommend this place highly.

This was a nice place in a wonderful location. Quick walk to the beach and a couple good restaurants. It was a short drive to many great places to see and eat. The home was nice and felt very comfortable. It is an older place and has that character, not a negative though. Having the garage was great for storing golf clubs and the provided beach boards, wagon and towels was perfect! Unit was clean and well furnished with very comfortable beds. The only down side was no laundry but was not a big deal. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Awesome location on Tourmaline street, a quiet residential street towards the northern end of Pacific Beach.
Two blocks from the Tourmaline surf park/beach, we spent many hours soaking up the sun and watching the sunset.
The house is spacious, well appointed/equipped; the kitchen has absolutely everything you'd need, and there is a good size BBQ and fire pit in the private garden.
The two off-street parking spaces were very convenient, as the street can be busy at times.
Fast internet, a good choice of TV channels, and a large washer and dryer in the laundry room, which also contained a selection of beach accessories, basically everything we needed, we'd happily stay here again.
One small note, the third bedroom is accessed through the second bedroom.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the ocean and only 1 minute to the bay. It was also super close to great restaurants, making dining out a breeze.
The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. From beach chairs, boogie boards and balls to a well-stocked kitchen with spices and all the dishes you could ask for, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the rooftop was a fantastic bonus—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.
One helpful tip: the garage will fit a minivan, but you'll need to fold the mirrors in and pull in straight. It’s a tight fit, but totally doable.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-appointed beach getaway!

This Penthouse did not disappoint. It looks just like the pictures. Very clean. It was Awesome that all of the rooms had their own climate control. The location was a prime spot. Mission Bay & Mission Beach within steps from the front door. Planning many more stays at this Gorgeous Penthouse.
