This was the most incredible, beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The views are absolutely out of this world. I told my family I want to come back year after year. I didn’t want to leave. The host was very responsive when I had questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

My wife and I went to college in San Diego and spent several years in Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. We booked this place because it was close to spots that we enjoyed during our college years. It did not disappoint! We enjoyed walks along the boardwalk every morning and loved being on the bay side of Mission Blvd, where things are a bit more quiet. Loved the walkability to the ocean, restaurants, and coffee shops.
The place itself was small but functional. Perfect for us as a couple. It was stocked with beach essentials, and the kitchen was nice. I worked remotely while we were there and found the space to be well suited for that. Having a dedicated parking spot was very convenient!
I would recommend this place for a single or couple looking to enjoy the beauty of Mission / Pacific Beach! The parking spot is somewhat tight (as many are in Mission Beach), but worked well for our full size sedan.

Amazing stay!

This was the perfect getaway space for a college friend's reunion. We all enjoyed the property and location.

The view was excellent from the house and the terrace.Everything was clean and well presented. We had some issues with a dishwasher that needed repair but this was dealt with by the management company who were very understanding.I would recommend this property for groups up to 6.

Go for it! Excellent location, right on the beach boardwalk, lots of nearby restaurants and if you have an infant/baby - it’s easy to have a morning go by just walking on the long boardwalk. Very safe location and friendly locals. Property management was highly attentive and responsive when we had a small issue. Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils/pots/pans/bottle opener. Bring your own oil/spices to cook etc. Laundry - coin (quarters) operated (2 for washer and 2 for dryer as of now) so be sure to be mindful of that and that it is not in the apartment unit itself (didn’t have time to do it but clarify where to find it in the bldg) Overall, highly recommend with friends or family!

Great property! Lots of amenities, good bath products, nice towels, good beds, lots of beach gear. And the view is amazing!! Lots of room for grandsons, dogs, and all the family. Weather was also delightful. Planning for next fall break with the kids!!

Everything was exactly as described. They had anything you can think of needing on vacation, and some you wouldn't of thought of. Just overall wonderful experience.

This property was ideal for our family of 20 attending a wedding in La Jolla. Response for booking, confirmation and information provided in timely manner and transaction was seamless. Property is in great location and very close to beach and many amenities. Each unit very clean and fully stocked with all you need (kitchen supplies, bath towels, paper goods, etc.) as well as beach needs (chairs, beach toys and games and beach towels). The parking spaces were great to have available as we did rent cars. Would recommend and refer anyone to this property - we had a great stay - would not hesitate to rebook!

Great location between beach and bay with restaurant choices nearby. Unit was well equipped and well maintained.

We had a great stay here! Clean and great amenities (nice appliances, pots and pans, bedding, etc.), we didn’t need a thing while we were here! My kids were happy to have the boogie boards and sand toys. My kids felt too far in the downstairs bedroom (with us on the 3rd level) so it was so nice to have a comfy couch and included twin air mattress for them to sleep on the 2nd floor instead! Great location to walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants. Garage parking for our full size SUV was nice. Stocked with dishwasher pods and laundry detergent so we were able to keep everything tidy. Would definitely stay here again!

If your goal is to find a quiet oasis on the beach with beautiful views and crashing waves then this is your beachfront destination. House is located on a quiet block away from all the hustle. Not to worry though as you are a 5 minute car ride away from all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Carlsbad. House has everything you need for a great stay but that won't matter as most of your time is going to be spent on the deck overlooking the ocean. Great courtyard area with fire pit and grill that can be accessed from multiple areas of the house. Book your stay, you won't regret it!!

Perfect for visiting dog beach. Great eateries near by. Drive here and don't move your car for your entire stay. Great yard….house is tiny, but very comfortable, clean and well supplied. Hope to get back again soon.

Beautiful 3rd floor condo with amazing views of the ocean. We loved it.

The location is incredible. Heed the warning about the parking spot though. We have a big SUV and it took 3 people to park it in the spot provided. We never left after that and just doordashed meals lol.
We took 3 kids and it was perfect. There’s no dining area, just a seated bar with 3 chairs. The living room barely fit the 5 of us watching a movie comfortably, so if you have 6 adults it’ll be tight.
Belmont park is less than a half mile away. The storage had plenty of boogie boards & beach chairs for the entire facility. It felt very safe for my kids too.
The A/Cs worked amazing, & the kitchen had everything we needed too. Would definitely come back!
