If you're looking for a beautiful kid friendly home close to restaurants, parks, and the best beach in Encinitas this rental is for you! It's located in a quiet and safe culdesac that your kids can play in, and walking distance from a great park! The backyard is also kid proof and has a really nice lounge area. The property management company was so sweet to leave us a guide of things to do in the area as well as fresh flowers. Will definitely be coming back!

The studio unit was great and had a wonderful view of Mission Bay! It was less than a 10min walk to the Pacific Beach and the city bus route runs right along Mission Blvd making it easy and affordable to get many touristsy spots. The air-conditioning works very good and the bed was really soft and comfortable. There's a lot of walking, biking, and rollerblading on the walkway, but it didn't bother us at all.

The house was spacious and provided ample space for 5 adults and 2 children. The view from the upper deck was terrific and the location was convenient to the beach (walking distance), local restaurants and La Jolla. We spent some quality family time in the back yard playing card games and enjoying the fire pit. Highly recommended!

Very spacious and comfortable. Loved having extra parking spota. Easy access to bay and beach, and all local attractions. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, although a little light with pots and pans. Great having a washer and dryer, and loved the outdoor shower. Lots of conveniences, and with the price for our vacation. We'd definitely rent this house again.

Great location which was very walkable with great restaurants.
The house itself was fine. There was a large stain on the carpet of the main bedroom and some dirty dish towels were in the kitchen, but otherwise things were fine.

Great place to stay in Mission Beach! We loved being able to walk to the beach, appreciated the beach gear, loved the rooftop patio, and overall had a great stay! Very quiet and comfortable. highly recommended, we'd happily stay here on a future trip to the area!

Communication was great, and the unit was well taken care of. We appreciate the care that the host took in providing information about the place ahead of our trip, and with the cleanliness and set up of the place. It would be great if the owners of the building could get together to get the outdoor shower and foot wash stations fixed, very important for a beach side residence.

Nice atmosphere! Great time for all! Only one to change if bikes are moved from garage. Their would more room for our cars. Overall great visit to Mission Bay San Diego.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great as beach access is super easy and close! Chairs, towels, toys, wagon, and boogie boards provided offered a lot of fun! Parking in the garage is tight and requires some skill to get the larger vehicles in.

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying here. We love the location; it is close to the beach and many restaurants and a great coffee place. Planning on staying there again.
