Great location , units were very clean

Photos do not do this rental justice! The views from this penthouse suite is breathtaking. When we walked in the windows were open so we had the most amazing breeze. The views from all the windows were just spectacular. We were going to go to La Jolla for a day but decided why leave this spectacular place when we could see dolphins and seals outside our windows and balconies. Maybe we didn't see as many seals as we would have at La Jolla but we saw the cutest one playing with a fish and it tossed it and caught it for quite a while. Coffee on the balcony and the main living area are just the absolute best. No one wanted to leave except we needed to explore the fun coffee shops and amazing burritos from local breakfast shops. Seriously, our group loved the top Penthouse suites. We had both units booked and it was perfect for our group. We all agree that we will be back!

Overall the condo and location was just what we were looking for. We had a really fun and relaxing time.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and has a well equiped kitchen, laundry, bar-b-q area, comfortable beds and bedrooms with ensuites. There is nothing more you could ask for - superb! One minute walk to corner store, 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurants and beach.

Property was perfect for our family and management responded almost immediately, even on weekends and evenings. Exactly as described in listing. Right on walkway. Far enough away from bars and hustle and bustle of Belmont Park but still close enough to walk to if wanted. Parking was easy. Unit could use a little sprucing up and a few kitchen items but other than that it was perfect and would stay again.

This is a wonderful location with unmatched views of the ocean. The deck, balcony, and home have incredible views and are spacious. The property is private and quiet. The home is a little older, and has a wonderful charm to it. Open beamed ceilings give it a true beach cottage feel.We truly enjoyed our walks on the beach, the water is clear and the beaches are gorgeous. The home offers a ton of beach gear, so you can surf, boogey board, etc. Lots of beautiful shells and rocks. It also seemed to be mostly locals, so no large crowds directly in front of the property. Property has a very cool private stairway down to the beach, but prepare yourself for the amount of stairs down and then back up.Overall it was a wonderful getaway for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and would love to visit again sometime.

Great location with a beautiful view from the Balcony!

While small, the unit was exactly as advertised, and the location could not be beat. A quick walk to the beach or many local restaurants was made easy with this location.

First and foremost this was by far the easiest experience I’ve had with VRBO. I can’t say enough great things with surfstyle. The home was more than I expected. Everything you could want was in the home. It was quiet, close to the event I was visiting. Plenty of room, kitchen space was great. Thank you for the great visit you will be seeing me again.

The rental had everything you need for a perfect vacation!!

Our stay at this oceanfront vacation rental was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach and a short walk to great local restaurants. The views from both the kitchen and the master bedroom were breathtaking; waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the sun. We especially loved the hot tub at night—so cozy and peaceful when the temperatures dropped. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made everything effortless from check-in to checkout. The rental was fully stocked with beach gear and even offered free equipment rentals, which made our beach days a breeze. We took advantage of the fridge stocking service which was very convenient after a long day of traveling. We also loved that at the end they don't require you to do any cleaning, which I appreciated because it gave it more of a hotel experience. Although I always respectfully leave things tidy. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making this one of the best vacation stays we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing stay! perfect location, walking distance to food, shops, beach. beach was perfect, a lot of seaweed in the area but honestly we are not bothered by that. would totally stay again!
