Great location, clean and best patio!

Loved the first floor easy beach front access! My teenage boys enjoyed the boogie boards and surf board. My husband and I took the beach chairs down to watch them enjoy the waves. We also loved taking strolls along the boardwalk in the morning or walking along it and then veering off to find a place to eat. Back in the condo, we also loved the comfortable U-shaped couch and comfortable beds. Everything was to our satisfaction. Great location!

You can’t beat the location! Steps from the bay and a very short walk to the uncrowded beach. If you bring a dog, note that they are only allowed on the beach and walkways during certain hours (morning and evening). A decent convenience store/market a couple blocks away, and some tasty dinner places too. The beds were comfy, things were clean, plenty of towels. The sheet in the pullout bed was dirty, but there was a clean one to replace it easily enough. The garage was tight for our Honda Pilot, but we managed, and they clearly list the size of the garage so we knew it would be tight. The boogie board was fun. The beach chairs were handy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. In fact, the airplanes were really the only noisy thing. We walked to Belmont Park one night and it as a lot of fun. Easy check in and out. Overall, a really good experience!

My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend trip. The location is great. Numerous restaurants within walking distance and just a short distance from the beach. Place was very clean as well.

The location was perfect. The patio area was comfortable, well furnished, and had a beautiful view of the Bay. We could easily watch the kids playing on the sand and it was nice that some sand toys were provided. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only thing we couldn’t find was a coffee scoop We are already trying to plan a return trip next summer!

Great location!

We had a great stay at Diamond Paradise. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 toddler. We used all the outdoor space on more than one occasion and found the house to be just what we needed. The living room/couch was large enough to seat 6 adults comfortably. We loved that the house opened up from the living room (staking doors) and kitchen (all windows fully opening) out onto the deck and made our lounging time at the house very enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed to cook aside from a few basics (oil and foil) that we purchased at the store (but not a big deal). Calling the house a "beach house" is a stretch but it was a pleasant 15-20 minute walk that we happily made. The parking options at the house were more than adequate and much appreciated, as 2 of the couples who joined us each drove. We walked to bars and restaurants nearby and really enjoyed the location overall. The only thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 beds for adults that aren't bunkbeds, and the one room with the easiest-to-access bunkbed has no full bath. That being said, we would happily return to this property and stay a day or two longer next time. We would all highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing week in LaJolla in July. To be on the beach was just heaven. The trip was for 10 of us with all of our three adult kids and their partners. Plus two grandkids. The house really matched our expectations and the check in was very easy. The management was responsive for any pre-trip questions. Nothing of note happened during the trip so we did not need to contact them. We hope to be back next July

Location is great! Rooftop patio made the experience amazing. The house had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and decor was relaxing. Would stay here again!

Amazing beachfront views! Amazing location.

All emenities were lovely. Plenty of kitchen supplies, dishes, pans, cups, glasses, etc. We request additional bath towels - atleastb two per person.

A secluded gem at a prime location to enjoy La Jolla well within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is well appointed and the main living space was perfect.

Magical! Perfect location with mesmerizing views of the beach and ocean. The stairs from the house down to the beach are an adventure that is a must do if you stay at this property. Just gonslow and feel evey moment.

Excellent location! The unit was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The AC worked well and unit was stocked with all basic kitchen needs. Nice having beach chairs available. Would’ve liked to have parking included if other guests weren’t going to use them-there were several open during our stay but a space wasn’t included in our rental so we had to find street parking. Communication was quite delayed as it normally took 12 hours to receive a response on an inquiry. Overall was a good stay and would rent here again(but with a unit that included parking).

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for my group of 7 friends.

Fantastic location. Steps from the beach and minutes from shops. The yard was everyones favorties spot to hangout at. Jacuzzi was great. Inside the home is as expected from the photos. Some rooms and bathrooms were a little out dated. But for the price we paid, but it was worth it for the price we paid.
