We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the fact chairs were available in the garage. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Privacy of bedrooms on each level was very nice, but if you're older, the stairs may be an issue. We did use the laundry, as there were not abundant bath towels. Kitchen was well supplied, but consumables were limited – no foil, plastic wrap, etc.

This was a great stay and an amazing view from the roof. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for my family. The best part was the property management. They were there for us when ever we needed. They also helped us with early and late check ins. I would recommend this place.

Simple, clean and fully equipped apartment with parking spot, one block away from the beach. Perfect for surfing stay. Easy communication with the hosts.
Be careful with deliveries - there are two houses with the same street number 🤪.

Sehr gute Lage. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Strand in Fussnähe. Super mit der Garage im Haus. Haus sehr geräumig. Schlafzimmer und Betten top 😊. Sauberkeit in der Küche. Der Herd und die Pfannen müssten dringend entfettet werden. Das Sofa ist typisch amerikanisch. Wer gerne tief einsinkt ist hier richtig 😉.

Gorgeous, spotless oceanfront place with floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy balcony. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the beach chairs and boogie board were such a nice touch. We slept with the windows and doors open every night just to fall asleep to the waves pure heaven. Instructions to get into the building were super easy, and the host was very responsive when we needed anything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Balcony is gorgeous! Unbelievable views. We had a wonderful trip and this house had everything we needed. The train horns were a little loud at night, but with the windows closed, it was fine.

All great! Easy check in and out. Coffee maker was out of order, and we had a new one same day! Great location! Would definitely come back if the need arises!

Had a fantastic stay at the house. Great host, great location, comfortable home with a bathroom for each bedroom. Had a great time with a great view of the beach and restaurants. Loved the garage for cars and easy access.

À gorgeous location to enjoy Mission Bay sunrise or 2 minutes to the ocean for sunsets. The view from the main living area and the deck include sail boats, kayaks, rowers, SUPS, water skiing, fishermen, catamarans, pelicans, gulls and great people watching. The hosts had very clear instructions delivered in a timely fashion to make our stay stress free. Hoping to return another time soon.

We brought our two year old for a fall weekend in San Diego and this spot was beautiful. We also loved we could quickly get to the sand and beach and had plenty to watch out the big windows. All of San Diego is within a 20 minute drive and easy to get to.
There is a good amount of noise from overhead airplanes, but that’s all of mission beach! Also, the volleyball courts were full all weekend long - even had people popping up on the beach in front of the house. It didn’t bother us - just more to watch, but something to consider if you’re hoping for a quieter location.
Loved this house and hope we get the chance to visit it again soon!

Great house! It was nice to have three levels to separate families. Kitchen with all Viking appliances was a nice bonus. Really close to beach and many restaurants. Property managers were easy to work with. If staying in San Diego again would book here again!
