We want to highlight how professionally the hosts handled the unexpected situation. The original home we booked (this one) ended up having house issues and wasn’t available for our dates, but the team at Surf Style Vacation Homes quickly offered us five alternative properties to choose from. Once we selected the one we liked, the changeover was seamless—we received updated welcome instructions and access codes right away with zero hiccups, with no change or increase in fees. The new home was absolutely gorgeous (see review below for the new home): What a beautiful, gorgeous, and stylishly updated home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well thought-out and comfortable everything was. The views were absolutely top notch, and the layout was perfect for our group—great bedroom options, plenty of bathrooms, and lots of space for everyone to relax.One of the biggest highlights was how easy checkout was. The cleanup requirements were a breeze (especially compared to other rentals), which made the end of our stay stress-free. Everything in the home worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning.We stayed with 5 couples, and every single one of us had an amazing time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home. The only suggestion we’d have would be adding a fire pit or fire bowl downstairs, which would make the outdoor space even more incredible.

The Surf Style Vacation Homes team truly made us feel welcomed as they checked in periodically throughout our trip to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Check-in was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need (large garage, washer and dryer), and we enjoyed quiet, peaceful neighbors, and the beautiful scenery. It’s a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants, making everything so convenient.
A little tip — if you shower in the bathroom on the second floor, be prepared for the smoke detector to go off; we're not quite sure why that happened. Despite that minor hiccup, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

This was a great stay for our little family! It was cozy, clean and a great location. Parking in the garage was a bit tricky and tight, however, you get used to it throughout the stay. Would stay here again!

Perfect stay with a pup! OB's Dog Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. Food and coffeeshops are also close by. The inside is decently modern if not a bit small, but the huge backyard is a plus and has several seating areas. Surf Style also takes care of all the post-stay cleanup. Highly recommend - we'd come back!

Everything as good as advertised. Sunset view was the highlight. Slight negative is the underground parking for this property. While safe and assured parking, it is a bit difficult to get the vehicle in and out. Likely non issue for vehicles with latest tech.

Comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Space for everyone. Sunrises in the mornings, sunsets in the evening, walkable to everything. perfect for our trip!

Beautiful views and love the amount of sun beaming into the living area! Easy access to bay and beach and quick walk yo amazing coffee at better buzz! Our only real conplaint is just that the people below you must be able to hear footsteps very easy because they filed a noise complaint when we were in bed by 7pm but up at 4am but only drinking coffee. But still amazing house, location and views so totally worth it!
