We loved staying here with our 3 children. The neighborhood was very nice, walking distance to restaurants , the beach on both sides, Belmont, etc… the house felt very safe and secure and was very nice and clean when we arrived. Easy to get to, check in was a breeze! Garage is tight but was able to get my larger suv in and the peace of mind is worth it! Would stay again.

The look of awe on our grandson’s face when he entered the condo was worth every penny we spent on the rental. And again when we slid the doors to the deck wide open. While the plane home was taxiing to the runway, I asked our grandson to rank our stay on a scale of 1-10. His response? A nine. I asked why not ten? He responded: “The only way it could be higher is if we had stayed longer.” When it rained, we played dominoes, did a jigsaw puzzle, read books, played games and sketched the view. Magnificent sunrises, sunsets, making sand structures, running on the beach, exploring, birdwatching - never a dull moment but every moment was a quiet inspiration. We hope to return. Immediate responses from the management. Beds were comfy, kitchen well-equipped, and the trundle bed in the living area was a magnet for naps, birdwatching and family cuddling.

I have stayed on Loring on many occasions but never at this tucked away gem, in fact I never knew it was even there. This place had it all, a good kitchen to cook in, great bathrooms, privacy for all guests and views of a lifetime.

The property has nice furnishing and is pet friendly. Lots of fun coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and beach is great!

We had an amazing time in Mission Beach at Sand Castle 4! The rental unit was perfect- excellent beach access, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything was spotless. We really appreciated the straightforward house rules and easy WiFi access. One of the biggest perks was not having to do a full cleanup at checkout, which made the experience feel like the privacy of a home with the convenience of a hotel. Not having to worry about towels, bedding, or extra chores was such a bonus. They also provided tons of beach gear for our kids, including towels and chairs, which made our stay even better. Everything was super convenient and stress free. We’ll definitely be back!

The host was very responsive. We had some trouble with our WiFi and they immediately sent troubleshooting tips. It turned out one of my daughters had accidentally unplugged the router. We loved the proximity to the beach, it’s about 5 units in from the walking path along Mission Beach. We took the provided chairs and boogie boards out and sat by the beach several times. It was very private, far away from the public area by Belmont Park, yet still an enjoyable walk right along the beach to get to the shops. It is also within walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We had all 4 units and the lower deck was spacious and there was room for all 19 of us. My only complaint was you couldn’t run both dryers at once. They seem to be vented together and the steam from the upper dryer comes through to the lower dryer and the clothes don’t dry. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Airy, bright space for our family of eight with plenty of separate spots for some to watch tv, while others were talking or playing board games. Cosy furnishings. Comfortable beds. Large, well appointed kitchen. Lovely, private feeling outdoor spaces as well. The house offered room to spread out yet still be near one another.

we had a really great time overall the apartment had everything we needed to cook for the week and it was very clean. I think what I loved the most is the location it's seconds from the beach and 2 min to bars and restaurants it's nice cause it's quiet at night when you sleep but you can still walk to anything in minutes I also loved that it's right by a bus stop to get you anywhere for 2.50 they also had some nice beach chairs we used to watch the sunsets each night and swim

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the home. Everything was as described, and we would definitely consider staying again.The only thing to be aware of is the split floor plan. While it is noted in the listing, we didn’t fully realize how close the shared spaces would feel when another unit is occupied. There is limited privacy when using the outdoor areas, and some normal noise from the unit above can be heard. This didn’t cause any issues during our stay, but it’s something future guests may want to keep in mind.Overall, a great experience, and we would happily return—especially with friends or family renting the other unit.

The amentities were in excellent condition. Everything in the apartment was very clean. We will definetely come back and enjoy the apartement with the great view and nice neighborhood.

Super awesome spot located in one of my favorite parts of San Diego. Everything is just about walkable and the food selection is great!!!

This was the perfect house for our big family during Christmas and the views were outstanding from the rooftop deck. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the living room, den, and game room were great. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor spaces were a real treat. The hot tub was like hydrotherapy because the jets were strong. Having a real backyard and front yard were extras and wonderful play spots for our granddaughters. Being so close to the ocean was amazing. Such a short walk to Grandview made it super easy to enjoy the beach. Two of our sons are Hosts and they gave the place a 9 out of 10!

An excellent stay, I can’t think of anything really that we needed more.

Great location. Nice unit. Only thing I would suggest is adding a fan to the bathroom. Also the hot water runs out pretty quickly. The garage remote died we reached out and it was taken care of right away. Very good response time when needed. Beds are comfortable. Nice outside area. We enjoyed our stay.

Home was clean and and a good location to walk to restaurants and the beach. Host checked in while we were there, which was nice.

This home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed.
