We had 8 adults, not all coupled up so that made it cozy yet comfortable with one taking the couch. Highlights: parking, beach chairs & boogie boards, Hot Tub!!! 2.5 bathrooms and the location was awesome.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, well equipped, and amazingly comfortable. The best part however were the wonderful views. We watched dolphins right outside the window every morning and enjoued beautiful sunsets every night.

The location. The accommodations. The amenities. It was the most enjoyable stay. Loved having everyone together. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Stunning view of the water. Nice neighbor. 100% satisfied!

I love San Diego and try to visit once a year, for now. Surf Style Vacation Homes has given me a good place to stay in the heart of Little Italy, by Kettner Row. I had access to the blue line, good eats, and the hillside sunset view that made me want to come back. For 1 person this place was perfect. I slept well, showered good and after a long day out, I had a place to come back to in a private spot vs a hotel with constant flow of traffic. I would definitely come back to this spot again. 10/10 Thank you for letting stay here!

I love San Diego and try to visit once a year, for now. Surf Style Vacation Homes has given me a good place to stay in the heart of Little Italy, by Kettner Row. I had access to the blue line, good eats, and the hillside sunset view that made me want to come back. For 1 person this place was perfect. I slept well, showered good and after a long day out, I had a place to come back to in a private spot vs a hotel with constant flow of traffic. We were here for just a weekend, it was super close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants within walking distance. The location came with one parking spot which was a huge plus. The building was very clean and well maintained. Easy to check in, and all around a great experience staying here. I would highly recommend.

Good communication. Spacious house perfectly located. Some of the equipments in the kitchen are a bit old and there are two windows without curtains in the main room, other then that it was perfect.

Quiet and a super nice, well kept space that is absolutely perfect for 2 people on a getaway. Located in a very accessible area close to Pacific Beach and to all of the attractions San Diego has to offer!

Prime location. Beach and bay steps away. Caution if not used to navigating small spaces with vehicles. Parking in the garage is TIGHT. If you are used to it will be no issue.
Given location, so much to do that is walkable. Very clean. Enjoyed our first stay in the west coast.

We had a great time while vacationing San Diego. The house was everything we had hoped for in a perfect location near the beach. We would definitely come back!

This apartment was everything we were looking for Location was amazing hop skip And jump to the Mission Ocean beach and also to Mission Bay Close to Coronado Island and San Diego downtown Apartment had everything we needed and was very clean Would def stay here again if we came back to SAN Diego

We arrived and immediately went out on the balcony and loved the view of the ocean we didn’t realize we’d have. We enjoyed the condo, cooked and enjoyed the fire pit on the balcony. On our way out the door we said this was the best SD weekend yet and that was just what was needed. Thank you Local Gem 4!

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Lots to do nearby. The condo is well organized and comfortable, with lovely water views on two sides. Our host was in touch to make sure we were settled and happy. Great experience.

This property is a gem. The price was reasonable. The location was great and surprisingly quiet for being right in the thick of it in Mission Beach. Just one block from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. Also came with a parking spot which was very convenient. Check in was smooth, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. I have been recommending it to people already. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
