Cute walk up, as described and pictured. Great neighborhood close to beach and walking distance to town. Nicely furnished, light and airy, clean and comfortable. Only issue if I’m being picky is the windows, which are hard to operate and don’t stay open or closed very well. Despite them, I would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful trip at this property. Great location, super close to the beach. Lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. House is well equipped and comfortable for our stay. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Cute and clean house with nice amenities (including comfortable beds). In a great and walkable location close to good restaurants and the beach.

We had a lovely stay at beacons. The stairs to the beach are not for the faint of heart but public beach access from the street is nearby. The queen size beds in the downstairs bedrooms are a tad soft and squeaky so beware of you are traveling with couples. The downstairs bedrooms also share a bath so maybe most appropriate for kids. Kitchen was well appointed, and the deck with a view of the sunset was absolutely amazing.

Beautifully kept and designed home with amazing views! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. For each bedroom to have their own bathroom is a dream with group travel! Would rent again when in the area without question!

We loved this house and its proximity to the beach and local spots to eat/drink. You really do not need a car and the home is comfy, clean and really no complaints. The LR is a bit cozy, but spread out in front/side and back yards. Great neighborhood mix of residence, families and other vacation rentals. walk to 10s of restaurants and the beach is 3 blocks. Good wifi, I worked most days from dining area. Owners/manager responsive to small issues that came up during stay and were most accomidating. We want to move!

Very clean and the multi levels and extra bathrooms offered privacy to a several generation family. It was close to the Marine Base which made it convenient for our family. We adored the roof top. What a great way to end a busy day of being on the go. You can see the Bay and get peaks of the Ocean. The garage is tight, pay attention to the size of your vehicle. Our rental mini van did fit .

What a beautiful home! We were able to see the ocean waves closeup from all the decks and windows. Short drive to all the LaJolla sights. First class stay in every way. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was our third year staying at Beachside 4. Nothing beats the location - walking on the boardwalk, friendly people, watching the sun set from the balcony every night. We are already looking forward to next year!

Long weekend in San Diego with our family of four. Perfect little house in walking distance to the beach, the bay, Belmont Park. Great base for other activities such as the zoo and Legoland! Property was clean and well-maintained.

This house was perfect for my wife and while we were in town for a wedding. Beautiful surroundings and close to everything you need, but far from the hustle of downtown. Quiet and calming, the house and grounds are very well kept and have a powerful aesthetic that is not over the top but very genuine. could see myself staying for weeks for total decompression -- if only I could carve the time off! Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Pricey is right. But this is a great place in a great location. Plenty of space for our family of 7 adults. Very comfortable and nice to be so close to the ocean.

We had 8 adults, not all coupled up so that made it cozy yet comfortable with one taking the couch. Highlights: parking, beach chairs & boogie boards, Hot Tub!!! 2.5 bathrooms and the location was awesome.
