The location of the property exceeded our expectations. Only a step from Mission Bay and a great view. The studio itself was serene and in a quiet neighborhood. The management was very and immediately responsive

Great space and location for family to share and show last respects to our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother in a place she dearly loved, the beach. We were able to rent a bonfire in front on the beach and make semoas.

Love, love, love this VRBO. Super close to the beach. It had all the amenities needed. The property managers were quick to respond and very helpful. We will make this an annual destination!

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Ideal location, functional layout, excellent assistance from our host, unbeatable view and vacation friendly surroundings. We would recommend this property and the property managers to anyone wishing to stay in Encinitas. We will definitely be coming back.

Completely renovated and in excellent condition. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. A block away from the Red Trolley train line. Could use a security light above the entrance. Otherwise, a great stay. A comment about the loft: I'm 5' 7" and cross beams reached to the bottom of my ears. Not a problem for me, could be for others.

Quality home, clean, very quiet, close to everything! Loved being able to access both pacific coast and bay area quickly. Lap blankets on sofa to snuggle up with in the evenings would have been ideal!been ideal

The location was great. It was walkable to the beaches and tons of restaurants. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor covered patio space, but it would be perfect in the summer time.

Listen to the waves breaking. Simple, comfortable decor, basic amenities. But—the location! Perfect for an early winter escape. Sat on the deck, the ocean all around. Encinitas is charming. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Nice hip community. Lots of locals. We loved it all

This appartment is perfectly located to the beach. It exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is equipped with everything one can imagine for a longer stay and is of very high quality. The pictures on the walls and furniture are beautifully designed. The team has been very responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to book again for our next stay in San Diego, hoping that this gem is available then.

The property was an excellent choice for our week long stay. While it's compact, we found the kitchen functional, the bed comfy, the bathroom more than adequate and the living area adequate, although we needed to move a couple chairs from the patio. The patio was a highlight for us and we sat by the fire pit every night and used a BBQ a couple times. Both are propane and the managers stored additional full tanks for our use (and we took advantage!) The BBQ may look dated, but it was the cleanest I've ever encountered and was excellent for both grilling and roasting. The fire pit put out enough heat on medium setting to quell the night's chill. The location is less than 100 yards from both the bay and the ocean and we walked more than 5 miles a day on the dedicated pathways.
