This beach front property was the perfect setting for our Christmas family gathering.

Fantastic location! Loved having the driveway parking, saved a tons of headaches and money on parking along as well could walk to the beach, shopping, breakfast/lunch/dinner, groceries, bike rentals - everything we wanted to do was so close!

So close to everything. Very clean. Bunk beads were great for our family. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice patio but you would share with a neighbor if both units are booked.

This place was perfect for our stay the week after Christmas! We visited with local family and had a convenient and nice place to stay with our small dog, who loved the dog beach. The beds are super comfortable too!This place had everything we needed and I loved that there was a convenient place for our recycleables! That always makes me happy.Andrea

We had a full family of 22 here and had a great time. The views are amazing, the whole house was up to do date with renovated bathrooms, the views are amazing, and the hosts were very responsive.

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming house, ideally in a vibrant neighborhood. We loved being within walking distance of various delightful restaurants, inviting grocery stores, and cozy coffee shops, making it easy to explore local flavors. The location also offered convenient access to the freeway, allowing us to venture further out without being disturbed by any traffic noise.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view that greeted us each day. But what took our breath away were the stunning sunsets that painted the sky in brilliant hues, creating a magical atmosphere every evening. It was a memorable experience that enhanced our family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay here. It fit all our family wonderfully. There were 8 adults and 5 little ones. The place was nice and clean and quiet.

Great location and super clean rental.Would agree with other reviews the 3rd “bedroom” is more of an entry area and pull out couch rather than a bedroom. And you do hear occupants above moving around.Neither of these impacted our stay.

We were able to get a week of reconnecting with our adult children in this lovely oceanfront townhouse. Plenty of space and comfort. We enjoyed starting our mornings watching surfing and dolphins. Conveniently located to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great, walking distance to the beach, playground, Belmont Park and so many restaurants.

Stayed four nights with our family and itwas perfect! Parking for skiing was close and even paid the extra to park at Beaver Creek one day which was amazing. Having so many dinning options downstairs was really nice after skiing.familyfamily.lrecommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house on Mission Beach. Perfect location; walking distance to Boardwalk and many restaurants, coffee shops etc. Very clean and well stocked home with every kind of amenity you could think of. Loved the extras such as skin boards, beach chairs and beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. Have already booked a return trip to this wonderful home!

I stayed in this flat for 3.5 months and absolutely loved it. It's the perfect place for a long stay for a single person or a shorter stay for a couple. The location is perfect - just steps from the ocean and a short walk from the bay. The area is lively but not noisy. The view of the ocean from flat 7 is such a bonus - you can see wonderful sunsets and I even saw dolphins from the flat, and you can always hear the sound of the waves. Staying without a car is easy - it's a 5 minute bus ride or a lovely 20 minute walk along the ocean or bay into Pacific Beach, which has everything you need. The number 8 goes from just outside the flat every 15 minutes and takes you to PB, or to Old Town Transit Centre or Balboa Transit Centre, from where you can get buses or trolleys to other parts of town or the train to LA and north. I commuted regularly to UCSD in La Jolla and it was easy. The lack of laundry facilities is mildly inconvenient but there is a good laundrette just a couple of blocks away with very long opening hours so it's not much of a problem. The local coffee shops, bars and restaurants are great, and there are many more just a short walk away. The flat itself is lovely - full of light and nicely decorated. It had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a good shower. Surf Style were responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. I loved my time here, and can't wait to come back.
