This home was beautiful! The view of the Pacific was unforgettable. Beds were very comfortable, and the living room had a view from every seat. There were plenty of pots, kitchen implements, glassware & dishes but nothing edible except salt & pepper. Most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in have oils, coffee/tea. Just plan to bring everything you need if you like to cook.
There are stairs between all rooms and a steep set to get to the front door. This home requires mobility but it will reward you. The neighborhood is quiet. Since there are no sidewalks, it’s not easily walkable, however locals just walk in the street.
The nearest restaurants/grocery store are about 5 blocks down a steep hill. While you’re grocery shopping, grab a fresh tuna steak sand or ribs with “crack”sauce from the grill at Seaside Market.
Parking is in a carport off the alley. A little tight getting in and out but doable.
I would stay here again, it was a treat.

Property was better than advertised! One of the best locations you can get and the house had a fantastic vibe. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. Views were off the charts and it was stocked with all the immediate needs.

Can’t beat the sound of the ocean from the bedroom and the view!

Family trip each year to play some golf and volunteer at the Farmers Open. House was perfect for our needs -clean, parking, close to restaurants and beach for morning /evening walks and a short ride to the tournament. House was clean, well supplied (great big warm blankets) and easy check in /check out!

The unit, cleanliness, and location were perfect for our little getaway. It was just as advertised. The mattress was very comfortable. Our unit didn't have a parking spot but we found a spot just down the block.

Loved the view and listening to the Ocean every night to sleep . Quiet and peaceful area .Great restaurants a walk away . Casual and everyone was super friendly We were there in January so there were some activities below jogging etc but it was fun watching . Just wish there was a working elevator to bring luggage up and second bathroom.

Nice and comfortable apartment well located

Our experience at 822 Kennebeck Ct with surf style vacation rental was seamless and easy. We would have appreciated a slightly earlier check in than just 1 hour as family was flying across the US and the home had been empty the previous night but other than that all was great! Plenty of space for 3 couples. Nice quiet bay side location but super quick walk to beach side. Garage is tight as people mentioned but we fit a BMW X5 and. Rav 4 with no issues. Everything was clean with nice kitchen appliances, pots, pans, knives etc. nice views of the bay from the rooftop, family room and master bedroom. Beds were comfortable.Great location with nice homes around you. Easy check out without a lot of clean up rules. Thanks Surf Style!

Beautiful condo literally next to the stairs to get to the beach. Gorgeous views! Nice hot tub / pool area. The condo was spotless and has every amenity you could imagine. Even yoga mats! You don’t need to bring a thing. Instructions to get in need to be a little clearer nut the response time was immediate and very friendly . Parking directly across from the condo so easy to unload and pack etc. the area is so beautiful and it’s central to all restaurants and the main part. We will def stay again if we come back to the area. Also the biggest thing for us was the bed!! We are so picky about that and bedding- usually we are disapointed and bring our own bedding but it was the most comfortable bed with the softest bedding. And the whole place is so well decorated . Highly recommend

Our trip was great and this apartment was part of it. It was wonderful coming back at the end of the day and watching the most amazing sunsets. Just book. This was unforgettable. You won't regret it.

Christmas get together with my four children and their spouses great time at the house plenty spaces for 11 . Better than most places I’ve stayed. Two refrigerators you need that with 11 people nice neighborhood close to the beach and not too far from the airport. Plan on doing it again next summer.

This was a perfect fit for our three generations in San Diego for a family wedding. I just wished we hadn't packed our schedule so full and could have enjoyed all that the home had to offer. The backyard/patio were amazing with the fire pit, hot tub, hammock, comfy chairs and eating areas. The living room and kitchen opening to the outdoors made the already roomy house feel so much larger. Everything was perfect and the host was so responsive. The location is perfect - quiet and private but only blocks from the beach, and having use of the cruiser bikes was a treat!

Beautiful remodeled home on the water. Second floor balcony was private with amazing water and sunset views.

Bay side is quiet with beautiful views. The sunrises are amazing. Many restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking to people watch two blocks over to the ocean side. Enjoyed the comfy bed and deck to watch the wildlife and others enjoying the water. Would stay again

Enjoyed the dog beach and relaxing back yard. Farmers market was outstanding.

I booked this property for a weekend getaway with the family. It was exactly as described and I was definitely not disappointed. It was walking distance to the beach. The property had many amenities which was very convenient. I definitely enjoyed relaxing in the rooftop patio, the view was gorgeous.

Stunning views, the home was beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could need. The beds were so comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.
