Hundreds of eating places nearby. You get to choose if you want to walk the bay, walk the beach or walk the street to go to the same place. That is serious luxury. Most places don't show the exterior of property - this was very clear - excellent. Group that renovated the place are serious professionals - I wish I could find such talent in NJ. Place can use a chest of drawers for longer term guests - as an alternative, there are lots of empty drawers in the kitchen. Kitchen has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need if you decide to cook. VERY quiet at night!!

We had never stayed in OB before, and this was the absolute PERFECT spot that we got lucky enough to find. SO close to the beach, many restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops. We had our dogs, and we loved that the yard was secure, and we didn't have to worry about them at all while we relaxed outside playing cards and enjoying the warm weather. We will stay here again, no doubt!

lots of privacy from one floor to the next. Beds comfortable. Partial view of ocean from the roof deck. Clean and convenient location near the beach. Only problem was regulating the heat since thermostat is on the 2nd floor. We rented in January when temps at night were in the 40s - downstairs bedroom was much colder while upstairs sleepers thought it was too hot.

The unit, cleanliness, and location were perfect for our little getaway. It was just as advertised. The mattress was very comfortable. Our unit didn't have a parking spot but we found a spot just down the block.

Our apartment was great. Centrally located to all we wanted to do (whale watching, Scripps Aquarium, Hiking at Torrey Pines, Balboa Park) and easy to access. Quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the beach for walks on the sand or on the sidewalk. Clean and cozy. Designated parking just outside the door was very handy. Thanks 10/10

Beautiful home on the boardwalk, the location was perfect and the amenities were exceptional. The staff gave me all the check in information in ample time and they were very courteous. My family will definitely stay here again.

Ive used SurfStyle a few times now in Mission Beach. Never had an issue. Easy checkin and super easy checkout process. Just pack up & leave! Ill be back again this summer and theyll be the first place I check for rentals.

This was a perfect fit for our three generations in San Diego for a family wedding. I just wished we hadn't packed our schedule so full and could have enjoyed all that the home had to offer. The backyard/patio were amazing with the fire pit, hot tub, hammock, comfy chairs and eating areas. The living room and kitchen opening to the outdoors made the already roomy house feel so much larger. Everything was perfect and the host was so responsive. The location is perfect - quiet and private but only blocks from the beach, and having use of the cruiser bikes was a treat!

Beautiful home with exquisite view of the ocean from deck that spans kitchen, living room and bedroom on dunes right over the pacific. Surfstyle people great - responsive with any issue - my favorite rental place in the area.

We stayed for two weeks and loved the location of this home. It has a wonderful view from the backyard!! We loved walking through Birdrock and enjoying the shops and restaurants. The home is comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely come back.
