Had a great stay in Bayside 5 on Mission Beach. It was perfect for our family of 3 (one toddler). Our toddler loved having his backyard as a huge beach, or sandbox as he called it. Our stay was in September, and it was very quiet and peaceful. It was great to be able to cook and do laundry, while being close to so many great restaurants and coffee places. We particularly liked being close to the Catamaran Resort. There is a paved walkway that loops around this entire area that is great for running or walking. The beach is incredibly clean. We did not have any issues with our unit. We had a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Mission Beach location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, great dining, and everything we needed. The rental was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making our San Diego vacation easy and enjoyable. It quickly became one of our favorite vacation rentals, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation home on the bay! Description of the listing matched the property and everything was clean and ready at check in. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and extra blankets and lots of patio seating. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location. Hope its available next year! Basically right on the beach! Very convenient for beach going, no driving and parking required. Just grab your chairs and walk on to the sand from the unit.

The property was a great spot for a relaxing visit. in need of some maintenance and renovation, but very comfortable. Our only issue was the lack lack of dining options in the immediate area.

This property was perfect for our 30th Anniversary. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The free equipment for the beach was appreciated. The balcony was the perfect spot for us to people watch, listen to the ocean and share a snack & drink. The host communicated clearly and often. My favorite part was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on while listening to the ocean every day and night - we never closed the sliding doors. I’ll be back. Please send info to re-create mattress/pillows at home.

We have stayed here twice and for good reason. Close to the beach. The whole area is an easy walk. The back yard is perfect if you have a dog. The back is also great for a cook out night if you choose to stay in for an evening. Parking is a little tricky. But spots open up continuously. You also don’t really need to drive anywhere once you are settled if you are wanting to stay in OB. If you get the chance for a long weekend we highly recommend this spot!
