Our stay was wonderful! This was our 7th visit to Seabrook Island. Everything went smooth but definitely recommend a repair or replace on the dryer. It seems to work and gets hot but takes several hours to dry one load of clothes. My husband even cleaned the dryer vent and checked the outlet vent to make sure it wasn’t blocked by debris. Other than that, the house was an amazing fit for our family and would love to return to it one day.

House is beautiful, clean and furnishing great. Kitchen is not well stocked at all. I requested a list of items in the kitchen - I was told kitchen was well stocked and no list given. No mixing bowls, no utensils for the grill and I had specifically asked if the grill was in good condition and tools available.
There were zero metal items to use for the grill that had a longer handle.
The brush to clean the grill shed multiple metal pieces - which we found in the first meal we made, burgers and dogs.
Crock pot in the kitchen is for max 4 people. salt and pepper only
We left a message regarding the thermostat that was set to not go below 74 and lights out in the master bath and was never responded to from the property manager. Received a call at 12:30 on check out day, we had left between 9-9:30 am asking if we were still at the house and then questioning me when I said no we were at the time in Columbia SC.
There is also a car parked in the garage, that would have been a nice heads up.

The property was exceptional. It was very clean, tremendous amount of space, perfect for a large family.

The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Perfect for a Family events!
