Beautiful place!!!

Property was just as described, there were a few things that we expected to be better about unit. Note we having been coming to Seabrook for 10 years and hold rentals to a higher standard given the exclusive community. We are in process of purchasing property as this was the reason for this trip. As always the island is amazing and very family friendly. Cleaning crew was not as thorough as I would have expected as there was trash in outdoor cooler, no soap in soap dispensers, light bulbs out or flickering. Cushions for dining room chairs were stained. If they cleaned the tub in guest room they would have known that it was clogged and did not drain properly. Which I understand is common with beach rentals but should have been resolved prior to our arrival. Maintenance came and fixed the issue on third day while it was noted on first day. Lost internet on several days which made it hard to work remotely (as was needed) and could not find router in unit- unit handbook stated to reset in event that it was lost but did not state where it would be. Cookware has lost non stick surface on half of them. Fridge took quite a while to cool after having to lower temperature on it because it was not cold. Atrium property was very nice but has drainage issue in common area. Luggage carts need to be upgraded as many are in poor condition including being bent or deflated tires. Elevator was a huge plus for convenience of transporting luggage and elderly guests.

We had a great stay! The location adjacent to the pool and main clubhouse was great! Views of the ocean were very nice, and a close walk. We lived on the beautiful screened in porch. Unit has everything we needed!

Very well located property. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the pelican’s nest is an excellent restaurant option also just 2-3 minutes walking distance.

We loved the location. Had issues with air conditioning the first night but it was repaired the next day. I would of liked some glass cleaner or another cleaner to wash the counters off and windows off before we left. We had a great trip.
