Spacious, clean, comfortable home. Good communication from Coastal Getaways real estate. Do be prepared to set up your own amenity & auto passes for the island. This involves downloading the island club app for the amenities & messaging with the town for the gate passes, so in total you’re dealing with 3 separate entities. It would be much more efficient if the rental company could coordinate this for you, but instead you provide a lot of the same info 3 places/times, which is time consuming and at first a bit confusing. Otherwise a great stay.

This is a wonderful home. It's extremely well appointed and very comfortable. It was a perfect retreat fro us and allowed us to comfortably have guests for several days at a time. Master bedroom on one end of the home and guest rooms on the other. Great to have 4 full bathrooms. It has a great bar with an ice machine that is invaluable. Saves from using the fridge and having to buy bags of ice at the store which is always inconvenient. The great room with comfortable seating, TV and kitchen are is extremely convenient. Great washer dryer area with everything you can possibly need. Overall Great House!!

The rental was beautiful. It met our family needs and was very comfortable.
