We had a great extended weekend at 1327 Pelican Watch. So nice to step right off your porch for a short walk time beach. The dog friendly unit was very comfortable, with pet covers for furniture and a great outdoor spot for us to just chill. A well stocked kitchen and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Would definitely rent again. Coastal Getaways communicated well, made check-in very easy and enjoyed the $100 credit for a beach umbrella and other amenities.

Loved the location and the unit!

We have stayed at seabrook every year for many years now and always rent a different place. We love pelican villas; our condo this year, while nice, had a couple issues. The master bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. The second bathroom shower was difficult to obtain hot water; some sort of adt alarm system began to go off in the middle of the day and we could not turn it off. And we understand the space issues but the set up of the laundry system was really difficult to use. We will be back to Seabrook but not this unit. Thank you

Coastal Getaways’s condo was a wonderful location! It was on the boardwalk leading to the beach, easily walkable to the Seabrook Clubhouse, restaurants and golf club. It was a pleasant stroll to nearby trails. This is a friendly community and it was easy coming and going. I’d highly recommend it.
