Good Villa for a small group. House was as advertised and expected. Great location and with just a very short walk to the beach and pool. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The biggest issue as others have mentioned is the upstairs bedroom was much warmer than the downstairs. It was a very hot week when we were there so it might not be an issue when it's cooler. The house was a little dated but clean and everything else worked as expected.

The property is in an excellent location at the end if the island near both the Beach Club and Golf Club. Property has very basic amenities though so we ended up eating out for most meals. Parking is absolutely limited to 2 cars (which was disclosed), but the property was also feeling a bit worn down. Great location but I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Nice place. Easy walk to beach and pool. First time in Seabrook and would love to return one day.

Great location. Villa was tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, the upstairs stayed hot and the downstairs cold. We had to run a fan constantly upstairs. The kitchen appliances did not work very well.
