703 Spinnaker was the perfect location for a family with an infant and toddler. Close to everything. Nice view. And Coastal Getaways is always wonderful to deal with. The unit is well equipped with games, toys, extra linens and other other items that helped us to have a comfortable stay. Not sure how long this unit had been managed by CG but this unit could use a little love. Mainly the unit could use some cleaning and organization. (FYI - the cleaning crew was there when we arrived at 4:30.) The living room furniture seems newer but the other rooms the furniture is older and in disrepair with more than one dresser missing drawer pulls. The downstairs bedroom has a foam mattress pad that does not stay in place. The shower curtain in the downstairs bath is moldy and gross. In that same bathroom, there are bugs in the ceiling light. In the larger upstairs bedroom, there is evidence of rodent droppings. Fortunately we did not see any rodents or live bugs. Several closets are piled so high with old blankets, pillows and gear that there wasn’t space to store my luggage, shoes or dirty clothes except along the wall. I think that with a little extra attention and a few hours of time this unit could warrant a 5 Star rating.
