Wonderful & charming villa. The views of the marsh & ocean were amazing. Especially with all of the windows. Mornings were spent watching the gorgeous sunrises. We enjoyed both sun rooms for morning coffee and late day reading. Beach access was simple and our dog loved being able to run along the ocean. We will absolutely book again!

Very nice property and location on the island. The bugs were a little bit of a problem in the evening time, but that’s to be expected in that area. The host was very responsive. The property manager was extremely on top of things.

Peaceful and quiet. Lived sitting on the back balcony. Truly a million dollar view. Thank you.

We were very satisfied with 1220 Creekwatch. I've visited Seabrook dozens of times over the last 30+ years and our stay in this villa was among my best experiences. The views over the marsh and out to the ocean were excellent.This expanded unit was very well furnished. Plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Bathrooms (remodeled) and kitchen (new appliances) were in excellent condition.Working with Coastal Getaways is always a pleasure. I felt well informed and was satisfied with the value provided.
