ery nice bright, spacious home with wonderful golf course view behind 16th tee on Crooked Oaks. Well enough equipped and decent appliances though really not enough serving dishes and no serving utensils if you do any entertaining. Downstairs master bedroom is a little short on closet space and drawers if extended stay but adequate for say one week or so. Upstairs bedrooms actually have more storage space. White living room furniture is a little dingy but they do allow pets so I guess we can give them a pass on that. Pollen and leaves collect like crazy in March so need to plan on extra yard and porch cleanup services unless you want to do it yourself. The bigger view though is it’s a nice property on a quiet street and good location relative to beaches and golf club. Would return to this home in future and just plan ahead a little better.

Our morning walks on the beach with our dog was the best. This is our second time staying at this property. It's a quiet neighborhood. We love its proximity to the beach. The house is the perfect size/layout especially when our friends, kids and grandkids were visiting. We felt the property was greatly improved with the new owners. The kitchen was very well stocked. We greatly appreciated having a gas grill! The new furniture in the sitting area and bedrooms were an added plus. Our only issue was with the removal of the king size bed from the downstairs master bedroom, but CGOFSC addressed this with the owners and was willing to switch the beds back. We didn't think that was necessary but may be something that should be done for future renters.

Had another wonderful stay at Seabrook. Nancy and everyone at Coastal Getaways great as always. House was very nice and well kept with no issues. What we have always enjoyed is the island itself and the peaceful atmosphere. We have been coming there for 10 years now and usually twice a year and enjoy our stays very much.

This was a great house for our family, open floor plan with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Location was nice, quiet street but not too far from the pool and beach.
