Beautiful home and amenities! Our family loved it and will definitely be coming back!

We had three families share this home, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our absolute favorite spot to relax was the screened-in back porch overlooking the lake—we even got to spot some wildlife, including an alligator! We also really enjoyed the sunroom off the kitchen, which offers great lake views as well. The beds were all very comfortable, and the interior was clean.A few areas could use a bit of maintenance: The cushions on the porch and the wicker furniture in the sunroom are due for a deep clean or replacement. The kitchen is well-stocked, but the non-stick pans have flaking coatings. Upgrading to stainless steel or ceramic pans would be a great touch. The outside could use a thorough power washing to clean up the cobwebs, wasp nests, and dead bugs.A few notes for future guests: The pre-arrival process involved quite a few emails regarding amenities, pass setups, and rules, which felt a bit overwhelming to manage. The beaches are a 6–13 minute drive depending on the boardwalk you choose—just be prepared for a bit of a walk, as the boardwalks aren't short! Parking at the Island Beach Club pool was tough, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Lake House pool instead.Overall, we had no major issues during our stay, and our families had a lovely time. Plus, Freshfields Village right outside the neighborhood is fantastic for walking around, with great shops, restaurants, and a fun old-fashioned soda shop! We’d definitely recommend staying here.

This home was exceptional! The layout was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the screened porch and sunroom and the kitchen was so well equipped and spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

Good location, nice bedding, loaded kitchen. Wry clean and everything worked. Only thing WiFi was very weak at times.

Our stay in Seabrook was wonderful. We had 3 different families staying at the property. Our first impression of the property was very clean and well decorated. The island and amenities are outstanding. The property did have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes to use. Anyone that has issues with stairs may not want to rent this home since the main living area is on the third floor. The Amenities App was someone of a challenge but realized it was a necessity to navigate the island. The screened in porch was wonderful but the only way to access it was by entering from the home was through the two primary bedrooms. The driveway was narrow and it created a challenge to get cars out each day. We were not sure if we could park on the road. All families enjoyed their stay. The property was very quiet which we enjoyed.
