We've been going to Seabrook Isle almost every year for about 15 years. We love the peacefulness of the community. We always like eating at Pelican's nest and the views from the restaurant. We were disappointed that the #9 boardwalk was not completed and that we were not informed of this fact when booking. We had elderly parents who would not walk to the beach because of that. We did love 759 Spinnaker property. The layout was good for visiting and spacious to not feel crowded with 4 adults. The view of the golf course and canal was terrific with sightings everyday of many birds and alligators. This property also allows LSV vehicle rentals. This was the first time we rented one and it worked out well.

I’m sorry you weren’t informed that boardwalk #9 was incomplete, especially since it affected your elderly parents’ ability to access the beach. The villa was perfect for 2 couples. Plenty of space for us. The interior was bright and airy with lovely furnishings. The kitchen was new and functioned well. The appliances were nicer than I have at home. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces! The location was great! Right across from boardwalk 9. Easy walk, bike or drive to clubhouse and pool area and golf course! Pool was awesome! Views all around the area are lovely! Would recommend renting bikes to tour the whole Seabrook Island area. We had a great stay - thank you!

Great location for golf. Near clubhouse & Pelicans Nest/Swimming Pool/coffee shop.
