Quiet location. The unit could use some updating, but worked in a pinch.

Love Seabrook Island and this was the perfect little place for me and my family.

The Trace Creek Villa at Seabrook was everything as described and more. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very relaxing sitting on the porch and watching the activity in the marsh and along the stream right outside the window - when the weather allowed us to be outside. It was very peaceful and quiet during our entire stay. Thank you for allowing us to use your Villa.

This was a beautiful, clean villa to stay in. It was a great location with an outstanding view.

The views were breathtaking. I appreciated that the buildings/structures were incorporated into the natural setting so that the environment was the feature. The island is quiet and the amenities were great.The property was clean and comfortable. Perfect for 4 people. The view from the porch was amazing.We had issues connecting to the internet; network name and password was incorrect. However, this was quickly and efficient handled. Pyrex backing dishes would be a bonus for the kitchen. The kids wanted to make brownies on a rainy day. Otherwise we had everything we needed for the kitchen. We had a great stay and plan on coming back!
