Amazing condo. Well appointed and relaxing. Short stroll on the boardwalk to the beach!

This vacation rental is the perfect getaway! We loved the comfortable, homey feel from the moment you walk in the door! Beautiful and tasteful interior design that helps all of your real life stress away. The balcony has a the perfect place to kickback and relax. Awesome view of the ocean! We spent the majority of our time there when we were indoors. The mattress was super comfy for a wonderful nights sleep. The beach is literally a quick minutes walk to have your toes in the ocean. Beach chairs and gear are provided by the host who has thought of everything for their guests and provided.

This villa was perfect for my wife and I. Being able to wake up and see the dunes, water, and wildlife from the living area was a treat. Especially grateful for the owners allowing us to enter a bit earlier, as the villa was ready before normal check in (4PM).

Property is extremely clean and well equipped. They thought of every detail to make it a pleasant stay. Beautiful view of the water and a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach.

Our stay on Seabrook Island was amazing. 1345 Pelican Watch Villa was perfect for me and my husband ~ clean, beautifully decorated, every appliance and kitchen item you could need, board games, a beautiful deck with beach chairs neatly tucked away for your use, two full baths, and even thoughtful touches like step stools, candles, coasters, extra blankets, and little toiletries just in case you forgot yours. The views from the cozy deck are gorgeous and the back door to the beach is convenient and cute. Everything in the unit is well-maintained. The icing on the cake is club access. This will be our go-to getaway spot from now on. We cannot wait to come back. The only issue we had was with the wifi. My husband had to WFH during the day and had to buy an Xfinity hot spot to stay connected. But our experience otherwise was too perfect not to give 5 stars. This is our new favorite place!!
