We had the best long weekend here! The amenity center access that you get staying here is worth its weight in gold. We also rented a LSV so that we could cart around the island. It truly was an amazing weekend and we will absolutely be coming back next Labor Day!

It sounds like you made the most of your long weekend! We’re delighted that the amenity center access and LSV helped make your island getaway so memorable. Thank you for staying with us—we look forward to hosting you again next Labor Day! Best, Erin @ Coastal Getaways

The house was perfect for our family. We had our two grandchildren and their parents plus my older son . Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! Made things much easier. Great views from the screen porch out back . Updated and spacious. Kitchen well stocked . Centrally located and close to both pools ( amenity cards were included) . Prompt response when we messaged them . Wonderful trip and love Seabrook Island .

Thank you Sandra for the review. We are always delighted to read the guest enjoyed their stay in the property they chose to visit. We look forward to assisting you with another stay in the future. Take care, Renee @ Coastal

Everything was fine other than there were ants in the kitchen but maintenance and housekeeping responded quickly. The filters on the fridge need replacing. The message says it’s long overdue.

Thank you for the 5-star rating for 2504 Chateau by the Green. Sorry about the ants in the kitchen — glad maintenance and housekeeping were able to respond quickly. I’ve alerted our maintenance team to replace the fridge filters and clear the overdue message. Thank you for the feedback, and we hope to welcome you back soon. Coastal Getaways of SC
