This was a good house for our family. We loved the living area and spacious screened porch. It was nice to Have a covered carport for bikes and chairs too! We had a great week here. A few things that could have been better…the cleaning before we arrived wasn’t terribly thorough. The kitchen especially had food bits and debris left in the drawers and pantry shelves - we had to wipe those out before putting our groceries away. The sofas could use a good steam cleaning, and it seemed the rugs hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed. The beds and linens were comfortable enough, but the towels were kind of sad. We had a little trouble getting the dishwasher to latch on Friday and Saturday before we left, and the gas grill was not working which was a bummer. I reported those two things to Dory upon departure. As she said, we should have called someone to deal with those two things on Friday, but it was our last day/night, and no one wants to deal with maintenance issues on their last day/night of their beach vacation. Overall this house was comfortable and cute (great artwork everywhere!) and has wonderful outside spaces. I think we’d stay here again.

Our stay on Seabrook Island was fantastic from start to finish! We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket filled with local treats and a bottle of wine, which immediately made us feel at home. The house itself was cozy, welcoming, and incredibly spacious, with large open living areas and generously sized bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The beach was an easy 10-minute walk away, making it simple to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The beach amenities were exceptional and made our trip even more enjoyable. The Shibumi shade was practically brand new, there were plenty of nice beach chairs, several boogie boards, and a beach cart stocked with lots of sand toys for the kids. It truly felt like everything we could possibly need had already been thought of. One of our favorite parts of the trip was riding bikes around the island. We loved biking to the Beach Club pool, Salty Dog Cafe, and Freshfields Village. The Beach Club pools were clean, spacious, and never felt overcrowded, even with larger groups. It was so convenient to grab lunch, snacks, or frozen drinks poolside on the hot afternoons. The fitness facilities were another highlight. The gym featured a state-of-the-art weight room, treadmills, and a great selection of fitness classes. We were able to purchase a weekly pass, which made it easy to keep up with our workouts while on vacation. Freshfields Village was only a five-minute drive away, making grocery shopping, dining, and evening entertainment incredibly convenient. Overall, this home was the perfect combination of comfort, location, and thoughtful amenities. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped Seabrook Island getaway!
