The location and the weather were lovely; however, the condo itself was sorely in need of general maintenance and cleaning. It was very obvious by the overall very musty smell of the unit and the almost unbearable condition/smell on the living room couches and rug, that the owner had not made any renovations for a long time. I honestly expected much more for what we paid and the location of the unit.

I’ve submitted work orders for a deep clean, professional upholstery and carpet cleaning, and an HVAC/ventilation inspection; we’ll schedule odor remediation and replacement of furnishings if needed. We’ll also review the unit’s maintenance/renovation schedule and update the listing to better set expectations. Seabrook Island is an idyllic location. From the beautiful marsh to the great pools and beach access, our stay was wonderful. The description of this property online did match in person. Hosts were communicative and helpful. The amenities are second to none. We can't wait to come back!

I cannot express how great of a stay this was. There was a minor hiccup with the AC and they promptly got it taken care of and made us feel like VIPs. This is a great property with a great view. It is very easy to relax here.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 and dog! Quiet area, convenient pool for the kids, close to everything. We loved it and hope to be back soon!
