Full kitchen and lovely screened porch and grill area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and spacious. Very clean and well-maintained. It was a wonderful week and we so appreciated the extended stay for our family to be together. If anything it might have been nice to havevthe ability to rent a golf cart. With three families driving in from different states, we had to use one of our cars to get stuff to the beach and travel to and from the beach club pool walking is hard without sidewalks. Rules don’t allow for the extra vehicle so not sure anything can be done about that! Highly recommend!

We enjoy the outdoor activities on Seabrook: riding bikes, beaching, swimming in the Lake House pool, playing golf and watching for dolphins in the tidal marshes. We also enjoy the option to prepare a meal at the house or visit one of the many nice spots in Freshfields or Maybank Hwy. Please tell us your impressions of the property you stayed in? Pros: The house was spacious and that worked well for the days when our guests stayed. Each couple had an individual room/bathroom. The screened in porch was a big hit when it was not too hot outside (morning coffee and conversation). The kitchen has nice appliances and serve ware. We had a chef in to prepare dinner one evening and he found the kitchen quite workable. The house was wonderfully clean!!! That is the way we keep our own home so it is relaxing to be in a similar space on vacation.

We had a fantastic time last week at Seabrook, as we always do. The house was awesome. We loved the layout, especially everything being on one level. My parents are in their 80s and struggle with climbing steep stairs, so it was really nice to have the living, dining, laundry, and sleeping on the same floor. Of the number of houses we’ve rented at Seabrook and Kiawah through the years, my mother said this was her favorite. The kitchen was completely stocked with every plate, cup, pan, and utensil we could ever need to use. There was plenty of dining space and also a comfortable place for everyone to sit while watching tv. The decor was very pretty and gave a great Charleston vibe. And we were pleasantly surprised that the cleaning of the house was finished early (that has never happened for us before). The abundance of towels and the cute floral flourishes on the paper products (tp and tissues) were great, too. It’s the small touches that make a big impact. Whoever you’ve contracted with to do the cleaning, keep them. Thanks again Coastal Getaways for being a dependable company to work with when booking our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at 2713 Seabrook Island Rd. We’ve been to Seabrook many times and each time is a little better. The location of the home was perfect, decor was beautiful, and home was stocked with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Our stay at 2713 Seabrook Island Road was wonderful. The property was in excellent condition and very clean. The property manager took the time to meet us and go over some questions we had. The house is in a great location on the Island and the environment was very quiet! The house had all we needed on a daily basis such as the kitchen had everything anyone would need. The lanai was so comfortable. This home is definitely a jewel ! We will return again!,

We had another wonderful stay on Seabrook Island! The house suited our needs perfectly. There were a few minor hiccups; but otherwise, it was a great place to stay. We especially appreciated all of the recreational equipment in the garage.
