We loved our stay! The home was clean and comfortable. The main level was perfect for our family needs. It just had a few steps up to the front door, which was perfect! Each bedroom having direct access to it's own bathroom is always a hit! We loved having access to the amenities and took full advantage of the pools. My ONLY complaint is with Seabrook's new amenities system. It definitely isn't the homeowners fault, so I still give the home 5 stars, and could have been that I just didn't take the time to figure it out before we arrived, but make sure you get your credit card info linked to the app or you will not be able to purchase food or drinks. We found a very helpful employee that tried to show us how to do it, but the app kept crashing and it wouldn't let us add the info. Next time I will get my card info in BEFORE we arrive. Other than that, we had zero complaints and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the updates made this past year. The new floors were beautiful! This was our 4th - maybe 5th time staying at Heron Pt. Love the view, 3 full bathrooms and that it’s pet friendly. We hope to return next year.

The condo has a wonderful view of the marsh from the screened in porch. The kitchen is small but the appliances are all updated. This is our 3rd visit to this condo and we hope to return in the future. We enjoyed our stay at 1807 Heron Pt. Our 2 adult children joined us and we also brought our family dog.

It was clean and well maintained. Had all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed the peacefulness and the beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise from the porch.

The townhouse is great. The view is fantastic.We will rent again.
