This was our first time to Seabrook Island. There is so much to love about this place, such as, it’s beautiful, it’s quiet, it’s family friendly, the beach is beautiful. The condo’s location was perfect for us because of the marsh views. The screened in back porch was our favorite place to be in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, it was very clean, the check in was non eventful (which is a very good thing). The beach was a 3 mile drive and we had no problems with finding a parking spot the days we were here. We also enjoyed the pool in our complex because it was very close to the condo and not very crowded. We hate to leave and would love to return one day soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a comfortable, homey feel and was a great place to relax for the week. The marsh views were absolutely beautiful and ended up being our favorite part of the trip. We loved starting our mornings on the screened in patio with coffee while taking in the peaceful scenery, and the sunsets over the marsh each evening were truly stunning.

We loved our stay! The home was clean and comfortable. The main level was perfect for our family needs. It just had a few steps up to the front door, which was perfect! Each bedroom having direct access to it's own bathroom is always a hit! We loved having access to the amenities and took full advantage of the pools. My ONLY complaint is with Seabrook's new amenities system. It definitely isn't the homeowners fault, so I still give the home 5 stars, and could have been that I just didn't take the time to figure it out before we arrived, but make sure you get your credit card info linked to the app or you will not be able to purchase food or drinks. We found a very helpful employee that tried to show us how to do it, but the app kept crashing and it wouldn't let us add the info. Next time I will get my card info in BEFORE we arrive. Other than that, we had zero complaints and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the updates made this past year. The new floors were beautiful! This was our 4th - maybe 5th time staying at Heron Pt. Love the view, 3 full bathrooms and that it’s pet friendly. We hope to return next year.
