The house was very comfortable and and up to date. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was ideal and we enjoyed the easy walk to the beach access. Our only complaint was the temperature upstairs. The AC had trouble keeping up with the July heat.

The location was ideal and the house was very nice. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the upstairs temperature. Even with all of the fans running, the AC just could not keep up with the heat. We found it difficult to be upstairs during the daytime.

Great location, walkable to the pool. The inside was clean and a good layout for the 6 of us, but the outside area was unusable as it was very dirty, needs pressure washing.

Incredible property. Nicely stocked and cared for. Only downfall was the upstairs heat, we could not get the air moving enough to keep the bedrooms upstairs comfortable. Seabrook Island is an amazing getaway with so much to offer.
