Really want to leave them 5 starts. Because location and view were amazing. Place was cleaned well but things like toilet seats and other items just looked like they have been used a million times. For such a small price to put a new toilet seats on and it would feel so much more pleasant and clean. And bugs. Don’t know how but we had doors shut always but we had flying ants everywhere. At night they would just hit you in the face while sleeping.

Love the ocean view , had a problem with one shower so we had to use just one bathroom. The WiFi wasn’t paid up so we couldn’t watch slot of programs.Otherwise, we loved it.

It was a good view but the furniture was outdated and it was in the best location

The layout of the property for two couples was perfect. Beds were comfy and views were great. Also convenient to Seabrook event facilities.

Came for a wedding in Seabrook and the location could not have been better. We walked to all of the events and had an incredible ocean view as well. Layout was great - beds were very comfy and since we were able to get amenity cards we could use the member facilities and restaurants.
