We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home itself is gorgeous, immaculate, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. The ocean views are spectacular, and being able to walk right out to such a quiet, secluded beach made the location incredibly special. The house was also by far one of the best-stocked vacation homes we have ever rented. Everything had been thought of—from beach chairs, beach furniture and plenty of towels to an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even a wonderful assortment of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages waiting for us. Those thoughtful touches made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and made the house feel much more like a home than a typical rental. The location was perfect for us. It felt peaceful and private, yet we were still close to all of the island amenities. We loved the beautiful, uncrowded beach and saw an amazing amount of wildlife throughout our stay. It was exactly the kind of relaxing coastal setting we were hoping for. We were equally impressed with the rental agency. They were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, and when we had an issue with the air conditioning one evening, they addressed it immediately. Things occasionally happen in any home, and the way they handled it so quickly and professionally really spoke volumes about their level of service. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this one truly stands out. Between the beautiful home, incredible ocean views, secluded beach, thoughtful amenities, wildlife, and excellent management, it was a very special place to spend our vacation. We would happily return and would absolutely rent through this agency again. Highly recommend!

This beach home is absolute perfection! Best location on Seabrook with views of the ocean and a two minute walk straight to beach. Inside is gorgeous and boasts its owners’ loving care. The home is extraordinarily well-stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. We were celebrating a birthday with three generations and everyone was beyond comfortable and entertained. Thank you to the owners for sharing their gem. We plan to be repeat guests.

Another great week in Seabrook at the beautiful home we've stayed at several times the last 5 years. The layout provides lots of space for the 5 adults and 3 grandchildren in our group. We walked down the path to the beach each morning and took advantage of the Lake House in the afternoons. Looking forward to returning next year.
