The unit was very comfortable. Atrium Villa is so convenient and felt very safe. All of the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied and appliances worked well. Only complaints we had was the balcony furniture was not comfortable and the side balcony by the stairs was a mess. We would have used the porches if they had comfortable furniture and were not cluttered with old beach chairs, mop heads, etc. Also, I would suggest the cleaning company do a better check for dog hair after a pet was included in the reservation as the hair was picked up when we wore black clothes and socks. All in all the complaints are a bit trivial but we felt like someone needed to know so this could be corrected.

I'm sorry the balcony furniture wasn't comfortable and the side balcony was cluttered — we'll inspect the porches, remove stored items, and replace or add more comfortable outdoor seating as needed. I also apologize for the pet hair; I'll share this with housekeeping and our cleaning company so they perform a more thorough pet-hair check (extra vacuuming, lint-rolling, and a final inspection) after pet stays. The condo was stayed in was excellent. It was easy access by the instructions we were given. There were enough items in the kitchen to use for cooking and serving. The bathrooms were clean. It was a great stay and ai would come back again.
