This is a lovely house & great close beach access! The kitchen is spacious & has most everything: 2 refrigerators, 4 slice toaster, large toaster oven/air fryer & coffee bar. Nice outdoor spaces with seating & a gas grill. Beds very comfortable. Only recommendation is for better curtains to block out the morning sun, especially in the children’s room. While there are shades on the windows they don’t adequately cover so as soon as the sun rises, the kids are up!

This was our 2nd time at this lovely beach home. Stayed 2 weeks and hosted a mini family reunion for our kids and inlaws. Lots of space for 3 couples and our dogHouse has everything you could need for a great vacation Fully stocked kitchen, multiple.dining areas, gas grill, indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces and STEPS from Seabrook's amazing beach

The island is truly beautiful; we had a great weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The beach is dog-friendly…we met lots of great folks. Property was conveniently located near the beach. We did not know the walkway behind the beach was closed for construction…but we had an LSV and went to another walkway. The house itself was nice and dog-friendly; not a luxury property but comfortable. We were impressed with how well the house was stocked…coffee station, laundry, etc. Plenty of blankets and throws too. Seabrook is a very regulated community…everything was spelled out in the communication. We enjoyed the community and how non-commercialized it is…very family friendly.
