Gorgeous marsh views and a beautifully decorated vacation space! This was our first time at Seabrook, and we loved our stay at this unit. It is perfect for a family of 4 and has all the amenities you would expect, including a washer and dryer. Travel size toiletries were included as well, which was a nice surprise! We enjoyed having the amenity card to access the nearby pool. My son also enjoyed the fishing pond and going down to the crabbing dock. The beach is a little further from this unit but was easily accessed in 5-10 minutes by car. We appreciated the short drive to the village with restaurants, grocery, shopping, and coffee! My favorite part was just stepping outside onto the screened deck or porch each morning and listening to the marsh sounds and taking in the view— so peaceful and relaxing!
For future renters- I would recommend bringing/purchasing detergent for the washer and dish soap/dishwasher pods if planning to use those during your stay, as those items were not provided. Also if you have severe allergies, there is a bit of mildew scent on the bottom floor of this unit, where the main bedroom is. We know this is common in beach properties and it thankfully was not an issue for us, but just felt it might be important to note for any future guests who have sensitivities. We loved our stay here and hope to be back again!
