Favorite Spinnaker Condo Yet – Perfect for Families with Teens!We had a wonderful stay at this condo as a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). The layout was perfect—our teens had their own bedroom and bathroom, which gave everyone space and privacy. The screened-in patio was a great touch for morning coffee or evening relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to add more lounge furniture out there.The condo is nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Beds and couch were great. The location is ideal—directly across from beach access and just a short walk (5 min) to the Beach Club pool. The included amenity cards were a huge plus, and we loved that the condo is pet-friendly.We recommend renting an LSV—it made getting around easy and fun. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive. One great surprise: the listing didn’t mention it, but there were beach chairs and a wagon under the patio. This is our favorite Spinnaker unit we’ve stayed in. It had great amenities, but a couple of small things would make it even better—like providing hand soap, measuring cups and a pizza cutter. Again, these were just minor inconveniences. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Lots of wildlife! We had a wonderful stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 739 Spinnaker . It is a neat, clean rental with a nice decor . It is in a super location , near the beach , club and golf course . Most mornings on my walk I would see deer. One morning I counted 16 deer ! If I walk on the nearby beach I usually see dolphins . This year I saw two eagles and heard some owls early in the morning . Seabrook is such a beautiful and relaxing setting ! I look forward to visiting again !

We loved this unit and the proximity to beach access and pool. It was very clean and well decorated. The screened in porch also had a musty smell to it and we couldn’t sit out there (also because it was so hot that week). But overall really loved the unit, just wished it were cooler 🙂
