This is a cozy, clean, and comfortable place. I would like to stay there again. The little screened in porch (only fits two people) has a beautiful view of the marsh. It’s on a great location. I wish it came with some beach chairs. Those are so hard to fit in the car! And according to the folder of information I guess most properties do, because it asks to wash them before leaving. I also felt that the adventures package and 100 “included” dollars was misleading. No one needs to read seven complicated emails prior to coming! They had no beach chairs left (I did call them trying to use my coupon). And the adventures they offer are far from local but the location unclearly stated. That was disappointing. But good place overall.
Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, it is hard to guarantee that beach chairs will be available &/or in good condition. It is usually easy to rent the items, although July is definitely the busiest month. Sorry you found the island guest process cumbersome. Now that you have visited, the next trip should be a breeze!
