Our family had an incredible time staying at this house in Seabrook Island. Waking up and having coffee overlooking the water was incredibly peaceful. The kitchen and grill setup provided us an opportunity to cook wonderful diners and our kids loved the setup. We will be back.

First, let me say that we’ve been renting on Seabrook, bringing our family almost every year, for probably 30 years, but this was our first experience with Coastal Getaways. We rented two properties - one week for our whole family, which has grown to eight, and a week for us to rest! Not only were we pleasantly surprised but also thoroughly pleased with the extraordinary customer service. Even though my husband tends to micromanage, all of his communications were received cordially and promptly addressed. It is nice to know that you are all owners and local. We truly enjoyed meeting John. Kudos, he is a treasure. And I apologize for bothering Marlize on her vacation. I did not know she was out of the country. Now to what you asked for: I have looked at 326 Beach Club online for several years and thought it looked like a very nice property. We were not disappointed. The view is exceptional and the unit is spacious and quiet. I like a property with a half bath downstairs; it’s very convenient. As I mentioned in an earlier text, I believe this was the cleanest Beach Club Villa we have had in quite a while. The colors and decor are tastefully cheerful and beachy. The location, near everything, can’t be beat, and a lot of this unit has been updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and can whole-heartedly recommend both Coastal Getaways and 326 Beach Club to couples and families.

We have been vacationing here for over 20 years and Seabrook is special every year. We love the nature and serenity Seabrook offers. Seabrook never disappoints!The only item that was missing were dish towels so we purchased additional paper towels.

Thanks to the Team at Coastal Getaways, we had a wonderful family vacation week together at 326 Beach Club! The location of the property is perfect! Our morning view overlooking the water was beautiful and the property definitely met or exceeded our expectations. We had very few questions or issues during our stay but if we did everything was answered very promptly. We have rented many times before but this was our first trip to Seabrook Island. It is a beautiful place for all ages. The beaches are gorgeous and the pool complex is wonderful. The property has everything you will need. The Fresh Fields Village has a great grocery store (Harris Teeter)and there are cute boutiques, great restaurants and sporting goods shops too. You can park your car and rent a LSV (6 person golf cart like vehicle)for the week and easily get to all of this. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be back and plan to rent in the same spot again.

Family reunion on Seabrook Island. The condo was lovely. It was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, dishes, pans towels etc. Big kitchen. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Good view from both decks. Only drawback was lighting to parking lot.
