Wonderful location and large rooms and spaces for our family. AC worked very well and beds were comfortable and wifi worked great as well. Some of us had to work remotely so the strong wifi was a plus, as this is not always the case. The home needs updating. There were large noticeable stains on the carpet throughout. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning but we had two toddlers and the condition of the carpets gave us an optical uneasiness. The kitchen wares really need to be updated. Glasses were chipped and the dishes are an eclectic collection. Honestly all of this wouldn't stop us from renting this home again, but we own and rent out a riverfront luxury log cabin so we're a bit more critical of rentals. The place doesn't need a major refurb, just some TLC such as ensuring all the light bulbs work, consistent and adequate kitchen supplies, and the carpet.
