Beautiful home. Beautiful location. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately our stay was short. I would love to come back for longer. The house was beautiful, the beach is just a short walk away. I especially appreciate the clocks in the bedrooms and all the charging stations. Nicely equipped kitchen and bathrooms.

I have been vacationing at Seabrook for 25+ years and I have to say this is one of the best units we have ever stayed in! The location, the view, the clean, well kept house, the well stocked kitchen and best of all, the proximity to North Beach are all fact that will keep us renting this property. I hope the owners never take it off the rental program and I even looked ahead to the end of the year and saw to my chagrin, that it wasn’t available from December to March! This property really is the best and selfishly, I hope other people won’t find it so we can still rent it frequently! This property provided the perfect place for a much needed change of scenery after a tough year and we appreciate getting some much needed rest in such a beautiful place. Outside of our hometown, Seabrook is our favorite place on the planet…

We really enjoyed our stay at 2240 Rolling Dune. It's our kind of vacation house. We were especially appreciative of the property manager's responsiveness to some trouble with the television. He's really a good guy. And your description of the house is spot-on. It has everything one might need for an enjoyable and comfortable vacation, especially in the kitchen. It's a wonderful home.

The renovation includes all new bathrooms and a new kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals throughout our stay. All the bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses, and we loved the shower in the master bathroom. There are smart TVs in all the rooms and the den and master have very large TVs, although we spent all of our time on the beach (5 minute walk from the house to the ocean)! The beaches were by far the least hectic beaches I’ve ever been to in Charleston, so we had space to spread out and basically had the water to ourselves. It’s obvious the owners have put a lot of attention into all the details to make our trip memorable.The back deck and screened in porch offer great views of the sunrise and ocean, so we spent lots of time reading and grilling on the porch. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on Seabrook Island. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay at 2240 Rolling Dune. The screened porch was a winner! We have a toddler, so it was great to sit out on while he was sleeping. Also loved having all 3 bedrooms on one level. The kitchen was well stocked which was nice because many houses dont have those little things like olive oil, ziplock baggies or Tupperware The house is a super short walk to Boardwalk 1 which makes it great for getting out on the beach with bikes or a stroller. As always, the team at Coastal Getaways is wonderful to work with. We will stay here again for sure!
