Beautiful villa and amazing location. Great view of ocean. Right across the street from ocean, pool, and dining. Place was clean and well-equipped with essential items. Enjoyed evenings on the patio. Would certainly return.

Clean Atrium Villa, close to the Beach Club, Boardwalk 7 and the Pelican’s Nest Restaurant. Nice size balcony! Wonderful stay!

Everything was as described with no issues. The beds in the guest room are very firm, so you may want to bring a mattress topper if that's not your preference.

My husband and I visited Seabrook to attend a wedding. There could not have been a better location than this! Everything was right out the front door. Highly recommend if you plan to use the club house, golf course or beach club.
