A bit dated, but clean and what we were hoping it was. Lovely to have the dog with us and be able to see the water from the porch. Upstairs neighbors could be heard, but generally peaceful and all went well. Enjoyed our vacation!

This one bedroom (two full bath) condo is perfect for a quick beach getaway for my husband and I. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. What is most magical about this place is the proximity to a quiet beach. We didn't use the amenity card but appreciated having it if we wanted. And while we didn't bring our pup, we could have!

We have stayed at a few condos in Pelican Watch, and this was our favorite so far. Exceptionally clean, well stocked, and matched pictures provided. Coastal Getaways was highly responsive on a few minor questions. I would definitely book again!
