The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! We were a 2 minute walk to the beach and minutes away from the beach club. I would definitely recommend this house and look forward to returning!

There were a few issues. Cleaners apparently did not look under cushions or couch so we were forced to fight ants for a few days. A cigarette was found on the screened in porch….we were awakened before 8 to saws running, slamming truck doors, etc. due to construction across the street. We were not expecting that. Lastly, many outlets did not work. I guess these were minor issues, but they did Impact our vacation.

I apologize for the ant problem and that housekeeping missed checking under the cushions — we’ll review this with our cleaning team and have the unit inspected by pest control. Finding a cigarette on the screened porch is unacceptable; we’ll notify the owner, remind housekeeping to check for smoking evidence, and reinforce the no‑smoking policy. I’m sorry you were disturbed by early construction noise across the street; while we can’t control third‑party work, we do understand the frustration. Finally, we’ll have maintenance investigate and repair the nonworking outlets right away. Thank you for the feedback — we’ll address these items so future stays aren’t affected. We enjoyed our stay on Seabrook and would recommend to other families. The house was clean and a great location to walk to the beach club pools and beach.
