Place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is to update the televisions. If you want to watch any Netflix, prime etc , etc the tv does not have . Not that we spent much time doing so but at night time it’s nice to be able to have this option.

Clean and comfortable place, good location

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhome was in a great location with about a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of space for my family of 5. It is an end unit as well which was great for additional privacy.

It was comfortable and clean. The lock box on the outside of the door was a bit of a pain and having a couple beach chairs would have been a nice bonus. Someone had to come work on our AC and we weren’t given much notice or info about that ahead of time.

We are home--sad to have left Seabrook after a wonderful vacation--again.We have always stayed at Spinnaker, often with friends at Pelican Watch. 779 was new for us this year--very pleasant, quiet. As you know, we had a small issue with the recycling on the first Monday, but that was addressed. There were no bug problems--important for Laura. The villa was very comfortable, and did not lack for anything that we needed.
