We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! We have been vacationing at South Carolina beaches for almost twenty years and this was our first trip to Seabrook Island. The natural beauty is outstanding. A comfortable walk to the beach looking for wildflowers, little frogs, small gators and black snakes. A large shoreline was such a surprise and the lack of people was a relieve. The house met all our needs. With a four year old who is up by 6:30, the children’s room was a big plus. Our nineteen year old grandson wanted a table to seat ten and he got it. (He sat on a corner last year.) Out fourteen year old granddaughter was thrilled over the KitchenAid mixer as she made two KeyLime pies. All of the rest of us were just happy for peace and quiet. The only complaint I heard was the beds. Mattresses need to be replaced or a topper added. But that did not stop us from booking a week for next year. The house felt like home and we tried to leave it like it was our home. Looking forward to July 2023.

We loved the property and it’s secludedness. It met our needs as a family. The closeness of the beach was a plus. We will stay here again!

This was a great place for a family to relax, cook, gather and of course, go the the beach. We've enjoyed Seabrook for decades, but having a boardwalk across the street was great when kids needed a nap or lunch break. The house is not too fancy, but fun and equipped plenty of dishes and utensils and a few extra toys like bikes, wagon, bacci ball and a charcoal grill.. We had a great time with kids and grandparents sharing some special time together. The only suggestions I have are to perhaps update some of the mattresses - go for foam like Casper, Leesa or Purple - it'll last forever. And address a couple doors that don't close quietly or lock. Only a challenge with the toddler.

We had a lovely week. House is great location to beach. So nice to have bikes provided and a bike pump! Layout worked well and accommodated our large family for meals and games at table for 10. Wrap around porch with rockers a bonus. Extremely limited parking. Some of our family needed to park elsewhere. The shutters easily move on the outside to control sunlight in the main room. We figured it out-but initially thought it was odd the room didn’t have curtains/shades, etc.

Absolutely perfect home and location for our extended family. A spacious home well supplied with furnishings, recreational equipment, condiments, etc. Great onsite support staff, responsive to our requests. Would definitely return.

My family has vacationed at this beach house for several years. It is the perfect place for adults and children of all ages to gather for fun, sun, beach time and relaxation. Gathering around the large dining table for shared meals and rousing board and card games is an important part of the daily routine. The beach is a short walk away, through a coastal marsh area filled with interesting wildlife and beautiful views. There is no better house to call home for a week of life in this paradise on earth that is Seabrook Island!
