Plenty of beach access and easy check in made our stay stress free.

A lovely home that was within walking distance to the beach. We loved watching the wildlife in the pond behind the house. During our visit, the neighborhood pool wasn’t open yet for the season, but it’s a nice feature to have it just across the street.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and well stocked. The location to the beach was amazing. We took advantage of the free activities and got bikes for the kids which they rode all over the island. I will say I wish we had more pillows, blankets and towels. Overall a great stay!

Location of property to beach was extremely ideal along with the accessible pool near by. Property was well maintained and was very suitable for a family of 5. Would definitely like to return in the near future.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 6. The loft was ideal for our teen girls and our young children enjoyed being on the main floor. The bathrooms were nicely updated. Everything was functional and clean overall. The pool in the community was nice and the walk to the beach only took a few enjoyable minutes. We liked being close enough to Charleston for a few day trips but our priority was beach and pool time. I highly recommend this property.

We had a delightful stay. The light is fabulous in the whole unit, the living room furniture is comfy and nicely arranged, leaving plenty of room for AM yoga and exercise in front of the TV, which is a great size for watching all kinds of shows on Netflix, etc. The neighborhood is just as friendly as the rest of the island - have never felt so much at home so quickly! We did try to conserve a bit on the many super sunny days by closing the blinds - and the place was still cheery. Someone in the family is an expert photographer; those bird photos are gorgeous and in a perfect spot. Please convey our thanks to the owners for sharing this delightful Sea Loft abode with us! Our daughter and granddaughter loved the loft one weekend when they came to visit College of Charleston and took us out to dinner at The Salty Dog on a lovely evening. We loved Seabrook Island. We didn't use any of the built amenities, but loved the beaches, the birds, the dolphins, and all the friendly dogs. Moreover, we have found the people at Seabrook to be very welcoming and friendly, both owners and visitors alike. This may go down as our best March adventure yet -- we will return, for sure! Thanks again and have a wonderful Spring/Summer!
