Clean and well stocked unit. Appliances are new and up to date. Unit check in was easy. The Seabrook process was a bit more complicated, but this has nothing to do with the owner or property manager. Great unit for some time in nature and at the beach!

The villa was well appointed with all you need for a great vacation. After staying on Seabrook for a summer vacation for over 40 years I have some suggestions to bump up the stay even more…black make-up removal wash cloths, swivel side chairs in the living room for conversation and tv watching, a few more hooks to hang clothing/bathing suits/towels in the bathrooms, a small light on the outside stairs for easier nighttime traverse, washer and dryer on the main living floor. Amenities this villa had that deserve a shout out are a large comfortable couch, comfortable beds, great tv’s in the living room and bedrooms, wonderful appliances in kitchen, two garbage ( garbage /recycling) cans in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, storage containers, and silverware, and book selection. The decor was spot on. I loved all the art and overall feeling of the villa! Thank you!
